    SENIOR PASTOR

    Matt Brown was ordained in 1998 and has planted and pastored churches in New York for more than twenty years. He and his wife, Deb, met while attending college in New York and leading youth ministries together in Brooklyn. They raised three children (Flannery, Charlotte and Walker) in God’s Favorite Borough and are excited to be part of this new church community. Say hello.

    Anna Anderson

    MUSIC DIRECTOR

    Anna Anderson is a songwriter, pianist, and teacher and lives in Greenpoint with her husband, Patrick, and their 3 kids. She grew up in various states and a few provinces, but has happily called New York home for about 15 years . She has a background in classical piano and holds a Masters of Music in Theory and Composition (NYU). She considers it an enormous privilege to be able to work with the church as the director of music. Say hello.

    Kaytie Eaton

    HOSPITALITY and ADMIN DIRECTOR

    Kaytie Eaton has worked in church ministry for over 10 years. She and her husband, Tom, are grateful to be raising their three children with Brooklyn accents, advanced scooter skills, and an uncanny knowledge of where to find the best ice-cream trucks. Say hello.

    FAMILY MINISTRIES DIRECTOR

    Sam hails of Michigan (go blue!) and has happily called New York home for 7 years. In those 7 years, she has become a Sunday school teacher, a wedding planner, and a volleyball coach. She considers it an enormous privilege to have been a part of so many childhoods, and aims to serve the families of our church with humility, joy, and a little bit of mischief.     Brittany Knott

    COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

    Brittany was born and raised in the rural south but has called Brooklyn home for the past ten years. She and her husband have two daughters and are in the process of adopting. Her happy place is the Carolina coast or eating in Brooklyn al fresco…or doing the dishes while listening to a Dateline podcast. Say hello.

  • Ellen Scott

    YOUTH DIRECTOR

    Ellen grew up in a big family in the Pacific Northwest, where she volunteered in youth ministry before moving to NYC. When she's not working with the youth at CTK, Ellen writes mostly fiction and reads mostly nonfiction, and takes long walks in the city (it's not a long walk if it's less than 20 blocks!). She and her husband, Sam, have called Brooklyn home for 4 years. Say hello.

  • Meghan Mease

    COMMUNITY SERVICE COORDINATOR

    Meghan was raised on the West Coast, but fell in love with New York City early while spending summers with family in Connecticut. She has called New York home for 18 years, the last eight devoted to growing her young family and building deep roots in her Brooklyn community. With a passion for bringing people together through service, she is committed to fostering a culture where everyone feels empowered to use their gifts, talents, and time to bless their neighbors. She is delighted to serve as the new Community Service Coordinator at Christ the King. Say hello.
